The IUE inter-university degrees and multi-campus courses, designed and taught jointly by teams of professors from the IUE network, offer to our students interdisciplinary approaches and cross-cultural perspectives as well as the opportunity to work, study and interact in a trans-European and trans-
Atlantic setting.

The unique IUE university model in 7 points:

1. A European Inter-University and Multi-campus network

The IUE network is set up around enhanced mobility opportunities at postgraduate academic level and supported by a common and inclusive IUE identity.

2. Europe meets USA.

IUE΄s strategic partnership with Alliant International University, a leading USA University, allows IUE students to earn both a European and an American degree while studying in Europe. Why only Europe, when you can become truly international and study at both sides of the Atlantic?

3. Multi-campus interdisciplinary degree experience combined with professional experience.

IUE offer a hands-on applied approach to social and business sciences. Innovative pedagogical formats at master’s level, consisting of digitally-accessible joint and multi- campus courses and capstone projects enabling students to collaborate with public and private actors and gain professional experience during their studies. Big careers start at IUE.

4. Online learning experience with flexible access

Lessons are delivered synchronously online across all IUE campuses in a unified slot each week. To accommodate differing academic calendars, all lectures are also recorded and available for asynchronous access.

5. Blended in-class courses - Supported Distance Learning with Local content

Additional local in-class lectures or in presence activities organised at each campus complement the online common part of the courses.

6. Collaborative academic design

Jointly developed and delivered by teams of professors from partner institutions within the IUE network.

7. Transnational teamwork & capstone project

Beyond lectures, the courses promotes cross-country and interdisciplinary teamwork, leading to a final capstone project in the second part of the courses carried out under the supervision of faculty members from the IUE network.
